SHIPPING POLICY
We offer multiple Domestic/International shipping services:

Currently we are shipping orders within 1-5 business days. Please allow 5 business days to pass before contacting us asking where your shipment is. We are working tirelessly to get everyone’s order out in a timely fashion.

For domestic packages please allow 2-6 days for delivery after shipment.
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OF ANY KIND!!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Chitown Seeds shall not be held responsible for any items sold, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by the customer.

Chitown Seeds shall not be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting from any goods purchased or obtained through Chitown Seeds.

Chitown Seeds assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However, if you fall victim to a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

**We only Guarantee Delivery if you choose that as your shipping service. If a package is lost, seized, or damaged in transit we will replace that package with another one ONLY if you choose Guaranteed Shipping!
